Please prepare your presentation for the allotted amount of time as displayed in the programme. Chairs and moderators may interrupt should you overrun your time limit.
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format. A presentation device with PDF reader and MS Office Power-Point 2016 will be provided for your presentation. The use of your own presentation device is not intended, but possible after consultation. Please bring an adapter to VGA with you.
The lecture hall is equipped with a lectern, notebook, presenter, and laser pointer. A technical support staff will assist you. Please note that different encodings for video or audio formats can lead to problems. When using non-digital media, please consult us in any case.

To present you Poster we provide you with the following times:
Abstracts with an odd ID will be presented in the poster session on Monday,17:15–19:00 CET.
Abstracts with an even ID will be presented in the poster session on Tuesday, 16:15–18:00 CET.
The presenting author gets the chance to present the poster to an interested audience. Please be available at your poster during the above mentioned times.
Please prepare your poster in accordance to DIN format A0 (84,1 cm width x 118,9 cm height) and please do not laminate it. Pins for attaching the poster will be provided on your poster board on site.Please do not use any other type of pins than those provided.
